Mr Ndukwana’s career journey cuts across the NGO Sector, with World Vision International, the banking sector with Standard Bank as finance manager responsible for consolidations of financials for seventeen (17) African countries; and PWC as forensic investigations manager. This proud beneficiary of Thuthuka Bursary Fund from Fasset and SAICA qualified as Chartered Accountant more than 10 years ago. He has been with TETA over the past 9 years as Chief Financial Officer.

TETA was established in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 (SDA). It is a public entity that reports to the Minister of Higher Education and Training and operates under the oversight of National Treasury in terms of performance management and financial administration. TETA is a Sector Education Training Authority (SETA) responsible for skills development in the transport sector.
