New Organisation Enrolment Rules

The Unit is also responsible the enrolment of new organisations on the SETA system that not existing as TETA levy payers (As these are automatically uploaded via SARS Data downloads) or are transferring to the SETA from another SETA. Below is the link to the form that stakeholders are required to fill in

  • Organisation Enrolment form
  • Reasons and requirements of new organisation additions

  • New Employer
  • Requirements:

    1. Complete Organisation enrolment form and submit together with;
    2. Copy of Company registration document

  • Other SETA Accredited Training Provider
  • Requirements:

    1. Complete Organisation enrolment form and submit together with;
    2. Copy of Company registration document
    3. Copy of Accreditation document
    4. Copy of DHET learnership registration document from accrediting SETA ( if Learnership is to be implemented)

  • NON Accredited Training Provider (Relates to implementors of interventions not requiring accreditation)
  • Requirements:

    1. Complete Organisation enrolment form and submit together with;
    2. Copy of Company registration document

  • Temporary SDL Number for Employers Participating in WSP/ATR process awaiting completion of Inter SETA Transfer
  • Requirements:

    1. Complete Organisation enrolment form and submit together with;
    2. Copy Of Company registration document
    3. Duly completed Inter SETA Transfer form signed by transferring SETA

  • Temporary SDL Number for Employers Participating in WSP/ATR process querying absence of Organisation details from SETA system due to incomplete SARS downloads
  • Requirements:

    1. Complete Organisation enrolment form and submit together with;
    2. Copy Of Company registration document
    3. EMPSA document evidencing organisation belongs to SETA 26 (TETA)

TETA
 

TETA was established in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 (SDA). It is a public entity that reports to the Minister of Higher Education and Training and operates under the oversight of National Treasury in terms of performance management and financial administration. TETA is a Sector Education Training Authority (SETA) responsible for skills development in the transport sector.
