  • Proof of purchase and letter from TETA confirming LPE approval to the seller for the relevant unit standards purchasing.
  • Submitting learning material for approval, the following is required:
    • Complete and signed the Unit Standard Alignment Matrix for each unit standard
    • Completed and signed the LPE self-assessment form for each unit standard

    • Facilitator guide
    • Assessment guide (with Memo/Model Answers)
    • POE Sample (Full POE with Formative and Summative assessments)

Career Summary: More than 19 years’ experience, specialising in financial accounting, auditing and financial management. Mr Ndukwana’s career journey cuts across the NGO Sector, with World Vision International, the banking sector with Standard Bank as finance manager responsible for consolidations of financials for seventeen (17) African countries; and PWC as forensic investigations manager. This proud beneficiary of Thuthuka Bursary Fund from Fasset and SAICA qualified as Chartered Accountant more than 10 years ago and is passionate about investment into agriculture and farming as this is pillar and primary source of livelihood in any community. He has been with TETA over the past 9 years as Chief Financial Officer.

TETA was established in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 (SDA). It is a public entity that reports to the Minister of Higher Education and Training and operates under the oversight of National Treasury in terms of performance management and financial administration. TETA is a Sector Education Training Authority (SETA) responsible for skills development in the transport sector.
